Interpretive Walk with Lyndon Davis
This month’s Urban Wildlife Gardens workshop is an Indigenous Interpretive Walk at Boreen Point with traditional Kabi Kabi custodian, Lyndon Davis from 9am to 11am on Saturday the 27th May 2023.
Lyndon will share stories of the local Noosa region including:
- Traditional uses of Native plants for bush tucker, tool making and medicine healing
- Sharing Kabi Kabi language of native plants
- Indigenous Australian Landcare perspectives
- Custodianship and seasonal plant hunting indicators
- Benefits to native flora of fire stick farming
