2nd November 2019 – Volunteer Bushies standing in front of a Swamp Stringybark which is Queensland’s most endangered eucalypt with approx 1000 left in the wild. Noosa Bush Beach and Creek Care, auspiced by NICA, have begun a 3 year project to “Strengthen Existing and Establish Additional Populations” of Eucalyptus conglomerata by propagation and revegetation. This project has received funding support from the Queensland Government Community Sustainability Action grant program – Protecting Queensland’s Threatened Species.
