I was impressed to see this in a private garden here in Noosa where it was planted as a stand alone specimen. It has been pruned to take advantage of the semi shaded site where the tiny ball flowers glowed against the dark foliage.
Its flowers are an early reminder that spring is on its way. Watch for all the heathland wildflowers as the days lengthen. Watch for guided wildflower walks and take the opportunity to learn more about our local native plants.
