NICA's innovative "Enter the Flyosphere" shorebird awareness program is approaching takeoff with the launch of new interpretive signage at the Noosa River mouth car park.

NICA is partnering with Tourism Noosa on their innovative "Tread Lightly" program to encourage visitors to our Catchment to actively participate in its conservation through volunteering opportunities.

NICA's Noosa River Catchment Fund has awarded funding to the Girraween Bushcare Group to continue its key on-ground restoration works in the Girraween Nature Reserve and Upper Burgess Creek catchment area.

NICA is pleased to advise it has provided a detailed submission to Maritime Safety Queensland's Proposed Noosa River Speed Review.
