A planting day was held on 23rd February to re-plant an area on Cooyar St., Noosa Heads, previously covered with Singapore daisy, Lantana, Setaria grass and garden escapees. 15 volunteers dug holes and planted 250 native plants in their place. A great morning’s work! This site at Cooyar St is one of four sites which are part of NICA’s ‘Fall of Singapore Project’ made possible by funding from a Qld Govt – Everyone’s Environment Grant.
