Catchment excursion no. 5 was held on Saturday 9th July at Kinaba Information Centre at the entrance to the Noosa Everglades. The day was organised by NICA and Friends of Kinaba.
Guest speakers were John Olds from Queensland Marine Parks and Steve Price, Principal Ranger Sunshine Coast QPWS, both gave informative talks about the unique values of Lake Cootharaba, Noosa Biosphere Reserve and the Noosa River Catchment.
