31-3-20 Due to the current public health concerns surrounding COVID-19 NICA is making changes to reduce the risk to our staff, volunteers, members and community. Even though our office is closed, we are still contactable via email, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Monday’s With NICA has been suspended for now, we will aim to bring the monthly talks to you in an online format soon. NICA is following Government guidelines in relation to volunteer activities, on-ground and on-river activities including our bushland groups’ work, sand island weeding, bird counts, water testing and volunteer river rangers. These activities have been put on hold or reduced to 2 participants following strict risk assessment. We hope that you are taking every care to stay safe at this difficult time
